and Group Fitness Instructor
I’m Rebecca, the founder and trainer behind Brightside Fitness. With years of experience teaching group fitness classes and coaching clients through personal and small-group training, I’ve seen firsthand how movement can transform not just bodies—but mindsets. I believe fitness should be challenging, rewarding, and fun. My approach combines goal-focused programming with a supportive, upbeat environment that helps every client find the perfect workout. Whether you’re just getting started or pushing toward your next milestone, I’m here to help you stay consistent, stay confident, and enjoy the journey.

My Brightside
My fitness journey began after having my first child in 2009. What started as a way to feel stronger and more confident quickly became a lifelong passion. Over the years, I’ve trained for Spartan Races and obstacle runs, explored countless group fitness classes, and stayed dedicated to movement for more than 16 years.
Recently, I heard a question that changed everything: “Am I writing my own story?” In that moment, I realized I wasn’t—not fully. I had the experience, the passion, and the drive, but I wasn’t using them to their fullest potential. That realization inspired me to create Brightside Fitness—a place where I can help others discover the same strength, joy, and positivity that fitness has brought into my life.
